Returns and complaints

Did you not like an item you bought or does it even have defects? Then you can of course send the item back to us (free of shipping costs in Germany).

Kindly note: wholesalers can't return bought items

The procedure:

• You fill out the returns form below

• We will arrange for DPD to collect the parcel from your desired location (DPD will bring all the shipping labels, you just have to seal the parcel)
• As soon as we have received the goods, we will refund the purchase amount or send you a new one.

What information do we need from you?

• The invoice/delivery note number of the order
• Details of the item/quantity you wish to return
• Desired pick-up location and pick-up date (earliest pick-up two days after this return letter)
• Optionally, a telephone number where we can contact you if we have any queries.
